Each bottle holds a fresh perspective on what blended Scotch whisky can be, with a unique balance of rich floral and complex herbaceous notes, and a honey-smooth mouthfeel with a long-lasting finish.

The vision behind Ardray was simple, but focused:
TO CREATE A NEW, ELEGANT INTERPRETATION OF BLENDED SCOTCH THAT GIVES WHISKY LOVERS A NEW BENCHMARK OF EXCELLENCE.
To do so, we set out to achieve an exquisite balance of wildness and precision—a fresh perspective to honour the expansive, rugged beauty of Scotch whiskies, blended with the precision and artistry of Suntory's Japanese whisky blenders. It is a crafted combination of thoughtful elements, created to achieve perfect balance.
How did we go about crafting a whisky familiar to blended Scotch drinkers, yet with its own distinctive character?
To achieve this we brought together the Beam Suntory family of distilleries (owners of Laphroaig, Bowmore and Glen Garioch), along with those of our partner at the Edrington Group (owners of The Macallan, Glenrothes and Highland Park distilleries) to source our distinct collection of malt and grain whiskies that tap into Scotland’s diverse terroir and distilling traditions.
From these foundations, our blenders experimented with tiny increments of each style of whisky in the blend, until they found the point of perfect harmony between malt and grain whiskies. This is where Ardray lives. A malt-rich Scotch blend, where the whiskies complement and elevate each other. Where rich, bold flavours form an expressive and elegant blend. A deeper discovery with each sip.
THE SERVE
To make the most of its complex characteristics, Ardray is a non-chill filtered whisky bottled at a slightly higher ABV of 48% and with a completely natural light golden colour that we can credit to years of gentle cask maturation.
To taste, we recommend the signature serve, Ardray “Off the Rocks” to unlock the deep and complex flavours within the whisky. This can be achieved in one of two ways:
1. Using tongs, hold an ice ball above a tumbler, and slowly pour the whisky across the ice, letting it gently cascade down into your glass.
2. In a mixing glass, gently stir the whisky briefly with ice, before straining it into your chosen serving glass.
